Meet Our Team

Josh has been personally investing in Real Estate since 2021 when he bought his first long-term live and flip in Knoxville, TN. That year he bought and sold his first flip, as well as various rental properties in Tennessee and Indiana. Since then, he has been learning and growing in the RE space through being a licensed broker and closing over $10 million in RE transaction volume. With a background in construction, Josh is able to contribute greatly in the renovation efforts through designing and executing the investors vision for the property.

Josh also hosts the Keen Talks podcast on a weekly basis where he interviews experts in RE and other business industries.

I love anything competitive. From working out, playing basketball, board games, soccer in the backyard with the kids, to growing our business. If you can make it a competition, I’m in. I also love playing music. Starting playing the saxophone, and have since learned drums, guitar, and piano.

Ami was born and raised in Africa, swam competitively from elementary school through college, worked as an events coordinator for three years in college. Attended the Master’s University and received a degree in liberal studies focusing on business and Bible. Ami helps keep us on track with her marketing and communication skills!

Ami loves to travel and she married to her best friend, Caleb.
